The profile responsibilities include business analysis and project management. Typical daily tasks are development of SRS documents, design models, project plans and client handling.

Worked on the project on profitability analysis tool for the client Lufthansa German Airlines. My responsibilities ranged from business analysis to project management. Initial work started with business analysis which was achieved through exploratory questionnaire sessions with the stakeholders in the client business. Work also involved documentation of functional and non functional requirements and developments of use cases and test cases. Managed a team of upto 10 developers.

Was responsible for client and operations handling for the Italy and Greece regions. The job was taken to gain a further insight into the business processes of an inbound travel agency for further development of the ERP system I made as my final year project during computer engineering.

The organization was in the process of upgrading it's core application systems. My work involved analyzing the as-is situation and the problem case at the organization, and developing a business case for the implementation of a new ERP system vs. Best of Breed applications. The outcome of the project was in the form of recommendations to the organization.

The organization was in the process of expanding it's operations in the Europe region. Being a part of the business development group, I was responsible for the Italy and Netherlands regions. My work involved the macro environment analysis for the two regions, prospecting and analyzing the client's business to come out with the right fit between the company's products and the requirements of the client.

Developed a requisitions management system using the LAMP technology. It was a part of the larger in house ERP system being developed by the organization.

Developed a client server application with a team of four co-developers.
