Monitored and reviewed project planning, status, KPI`s, and next steps with project managers and conducted key follow-up delivery management meetings. Played key role on team of 5 project managers for the outsourcing of the IT of Swiss Railway (SBB). Transfer of 18,000 workplaces and 500 applications to operate the Railway. Tasks included establishing the project management system, defining work plans and schedules, controlling operations and budget, and managing risks and issues. Directed numerous smaller outsourcing projects for banking/financial institutions and provided bid management/presales support.
