As a SENIOR ASSOCIATE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (m/f/d), you will play a key role within the PRODUCTS team.
Your Responsibilities
- You will support senior management with strategic and meaningful product-related analyses for efficient decision-making and effective corporate management
- You will conduct bespoke analyses on PATRIZIA's capabilities/investment expertise, product shelf and investment track record
- You will maintain our Product Launchpad with relevant product information within Salesforce and support the Launchpad Process to evolve PATRIZIA’s strategic mid-term product development plan
- You will enhance PATRIZIA’s product intelligence by conducting market analyses of competitive product offerings and desktop research of relevant terms of conditions for similar real asset investment products
- You will be actively involved in the market launch of new products by managing the product development process, conducting research and conception and assisting in the formulation of the relevant investment strategy (incl. pro forma modelling)
What we look for
- Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry – ideally within an alternative investment management or consulting focused business
- Relevant experience can include client services, investor relations or business development
- Positive and proactive approach to work, like to work in a driven team and like to get involved in a variety of tasks
- A "can-do” attitude towards getting involved in a variety of tasks
- Very strong analytic skillset with impeccable attention to detail and time-management
- You are confident and have an open communication style and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills and competencies in all Microsoft packages – excellent PowerPoint, Excel & Word skills are essential, Power BI skills desirable
- Fluent English language skills are a must - German language skills are desirable
