We are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) in our Aftersales department, Team Business Development & Digitalization, at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:
- Analysis and improvement of aftersales processes
- Assistance in the development of strategies to optimize customer satisfaction
- Helping with the digitalization of our processes, e.g. CRM systems, online tools, etc.
- Evaluation of aftersales measures through data evaluation and reporting
- Market analysis and competition assessment
Your profile:
- Study of (business) informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study
- Interest in aftersales and business development as well as analytical tasks
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally experience with data analysis and the CRM system Salesforce
- Fluent German and good English skills, as well as team spirit and an analytical mindset
