Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual for the role of Associate Director, Clinical Data Management. This role is crucial in developing solutions for significant scientific challenges and requires someone who is passionate with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Organise and host team meetings.

- Foster team development and identify high-performance team members.

- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Clinical Data Management on team development.

- Provide guidance to project teams on the oversight and supervision of CRO/third party vendors, including organizing necessary training.

- Contribute to the development and review of portfolio documents, including contracts, guidelines, budgets, metrics, and KPIs.

- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), applicable regulatory guidelines, SOPs, policies and where available, CDM guidance documents.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Clinical Data Management.

- Familiarity with international guidelines (ICH-GCP) for the conduct of clinical research projects.

- Experience with Clinical Database Systems and processes.

- Proven ability in resource planning.

- A background in natural/life sciences or previous experience in a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical company in a Clinical Data Management position.
