We are looking for a new member to join our team as Bar Manager. The right person will bring their energy, experience and perspective to the team as well as ideas for enhancing the sustainability, efficiency and effectiveness of our bar related processes.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing staffing and shift management
Stock control
Supplier research & communication
Bar workflow optimisation
Dealing with pfand and empties
Ensuring bar cleanliness & readiness before events
Maintaining the friendly vibe the venue is known for

Qualifications:
Prior experience in bar management.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with many different personality types.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Calm and collected under pressure.
German and English fluency is preferred.
Drivers licence preferred

Payment:
Flexible hours.
Up to 20 hours per month at 15€ p/h
Priority bar shifts also available at €15 per hour.
