Job Description

As an International Expansion Intern with a focus on Marketing and Influencer Marketing in our Berlin office, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies that drive the company's growth in the Italian market. Your responsibilities will be diverse, involving project management, editorial plans and nurturing relationships with key influencers and partners. If you are creative, analytical, and passionate about expanding your knowledge in marketing, influencer collaborations, and international business, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute projects aimed at scaling our business in Italy

• Support the introduction of our products in new markets through innovative marketing campaigns

• Work with our creative team to develop engaging video and social media content that enhances brand visibility and customer engagement in the Italian market

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and partners to expand our brand's reach and impact

• Monitor and analyse KPIs to gauge campaign performance and provide reports to senior management

• Assist in the creation of editorial plans, marketing collateral, campaigns and events customised for the Italian market

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Previous internship experience in marketing or influencer marketing is a plus
• Passion for digital marketing and a deep interest in the influencer landscape
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous
• Availability for a minimum internship duration of 6 months
