Customer Acquisition: Develop and manage customer acquisition strategies, optimizing channels like performance marketing and SEO.
CRM: Identify and establish effective CRM strategies to enhance Milano Vice's customer relationships, reach, and offerings.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and consumer insights to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the leadership team on growth initiatives' progress and effectiveness.
Budget Management: Manage budgets for growth initiatives and marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong ROI.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying areas for Milano Vice's growth and competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in a growth management role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies that have driven significant business expansion.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in both English and German languages a must.
