Transaction Coordinator (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin
Your Tasks
- Supporting Team Leads throughout the whole transaction process Germany wide
- Managing communication and cooperation with other departments as well as with third party advisers to ensure successful deal progression
- Conducting regular market research and following relevant market developments
- Assisting in preparation of letter of intents as well as other transaction documents
- Supervising due diligence processes and communication with advisers
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for senior management, investors, and board members
- Collaborate with various departments to gather required documents and data on the respective property
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate or comparable qualifications
- Agile and ambitious mindset with a strong desire for professional growth and development
- Strong learning ability, communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in office software, especially excel and power point.. Experience with CRM programs are a plus
- Fluent in English or German
