You responsibilities

• You ensure a transparent and efficient interface between the business and the IT teams for the digitization and optimization of our industrial processes, including especially:
• Technological and organizational evaluation of business needs, analysis.
• Existing and future coming IT systems evaluation, to determine company’s performance improvement potential and process streamlining.
• Technical user requirements and specifications redaction.
• Workload and resources needs estimation for IT developments, stakeholders support on IT policies, regulations and best practices.
• IT implementation plans development and elaboration of test plans suport.
• You are responsible for integration, implementation, continuous development and support for industrial IT applications, like ERP Infor LN, Warehouse Management System and Manufacturing execution systems.
• You collaborate with other IT Business Analysts from internal IT services, division shared IT services and groupwide IT, respecting the standards and policies provided by Liebherr International AG.
• You work in respect of the internal IT security policies and under the ISO 27001 framework.
• You provide value to internal customers and by extension Liebherr Machines Bulle SA by helping improve the efficiency and security of our IT systems and their related supported processes.

Your profile

• You have successfully accomplished a high school degree or equivalent in computer sciences, business informatics or business.
• You have a particular affinity with subjects linked to the digitization of industrial business processes.
• You have experience in an industrial company, preferably in automotive or machines industries, and deep knowledge of ERP systems and production software (MES, WMS, CAQ, etc.)
• You speak French and are fluent with English (German is a plus)
• You stand out for your ease of contact and collaborative spirit, carrying out all your tasks with care and precision. You also have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
