About Supply Chain
Supply Chain Europe is responsible for distributing Yara products to our customers all across Europe. The organization manages all supply chain processes: order management, transport management, operational planning, complaints handling and billing .
Responsibilities
- Provide operational instructions to Third Part Warehourses & Terminals (TP W&T) when needed.
- Register in SAP all activities concerning Terminal Operations (TO) and keep physical and virtual stocks under control.
- Lead investigation and resolution of non-conformities and complaints related to TP W&T under his/her responsibility.
- Lead/Support Local HESQ and W&T procurement during audits of TP W&T
- Support W&T Procurement with feedback on the performance of the suppliers.
- Lead yearly stock count and stock corrections
Profile
- Degree ideally in logistics or business education or equivalent
- Experience gained in similar jobs with proven strong results
- Minimum five years related progressive work experience and/or training
- Languages requirements: German speaker (fluent or native). Good English language skills. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- General understanding of transport and W&T legislation and product stewardship
- SAP SD/MM/LES. Transwide
- Hands on / comfortable on the shop floor
- Proactive and self driven
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This position reports to Director Continuous Improvements & Terminal, Region Continental
Location: Vilnius or Dülmen.
