Your responsibilities
- Manage external customers’ energy portfolios and/or giving hedging advice, based on market analysis and risk policies
- Producing market, portfolio, and risk reports
- Holding risk management workshops and portfolio meetings with customers
- Developing new services
- Executing or brokering market trades
- Support the acquisition of Portfolio Management customers
- Comply with requirements of the German financial supervisory authority (BaFin)
Your profile
- Educated to a degree level in a relevant subject, or proven experience in a similar field
- Extensive market knowledge in energy market desired but not required
- Ideally competent in risk management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At best practical experience in fields of trading, sales, portfolio management, or market analysis beneficial
- A strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of business fundamentals
- Fluent in German and English, other languages like Spanish, Swedish, Dutch or French are a plus
- Choosing how, where, and when to work in accordance with your team and the requirements of your job
