About matrix
matrix has been an owner-managed and independent service group based in Erkrath near Düsseldorf for 40 years. There are also two regional offices in Berlin and Leipzig. We have around 60 permanent colleagues working with us. We are partners in numerous important organizations in our broad field of activity. And this central field of action is skills development.
We work on our field of action with our management consultancy and our agency. We are always driven by the question of how we can make skills development even more successful. How does it have to be designed? How does it benefit everyone involved? How does it reach its target groups?
By the way, we always work with an interest in the common good – both in our commercial customer projects and in our own non-profit projects.
