What do you contribute?
- In your new role, you will work closely with the strategy department, as well as the engineering departments of our Rolling Stock business unit and their commercial staff (f/m/d) across the organization in order to understand the requirements from the market / projects and integrate them into resource planning and reporting.
- You will coordinate the framework conditions of the regular planning process individually with the engineering managers of the business segments (e.g. High-Speed and Intercity, Commuter and Regional).
- You will oversee the entire planning process and provide advice based on your technical expertise.
- In addition, you analyze the results to identify trends, opportunities and risks and derive recommendations.
- You will also create defined reports and prepare individual reports.
- You will identify potential for improvement and develop measures to optimize the planning and reporting processes.
What do you bring along?
- You hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
- Moreover, you have many years of professional experience in planning and reporting.
- You have sound knowledge of analyzing business data and creating reports.
- You are experienced in working with strategic departments and engineering teams.
- Furthermore, you have strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high affinity for numbers.
- Your way of working is team-oriented and you have strong communication skills.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint or other reporting tools.
- If you are business fluent in English and ideally have a good command of German, we look forward to receiving your application.
