Do you want to learn how modern development operates within a big company and actively support our HR People and Organisational Development team? Do you want to work on people development topics in an international environment?
Then these could be your future challenges:

• Organize and manage internal and external training courses, evaluate feedback, and enhance our training portfolio
• Assist in the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of development instruments and measures
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to our training and development initiatives
• Explore and research new learning methods and tools, such as blended learning, and stay up-to-date with future development trends
• Support our colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations

Your powerful skills

• Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology or a comparable program
• Have gained initial experience in the field of people development
• Demonstrate a structured, detail-oriented work style, as well as high reliability and independence
• Solve problems creatively and with a "hands-on" mentality and be a genuine team player
• Have excellent German and English language skills, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)

Advantageous, but not a must

• Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning
