We are looking for a Inside Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) with English, German and Spanish for our BU Adsorbents & Additives in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer virtual interactions, product offerings and clarification of basic technical enquiries.
• Promotion of full portfolio of Additives within the BU Adsorbents & Additives.
• Identify & understand customers current/future markets, applications, innovation needs.
• Accountable to drive sales (maintain, grow and attract new customers) for Segment Polymer Solutions in Europe.
• Coordinate lead management process within the region.
• Coordinate, align and cooperate with Customer service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical Field Service and R&D to find and drive growth projects & opportunities and convert these to commercial success.
• Implementation of measures according to BU Strategy (prices, projects, new developments).

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, sales account management or business development, preferably in the specialty chemical industry or plastics industry 3+ years.
• Minimum technical know-how to offer a product and provide recommendations to customers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Openness and ability to build relationships via digital channels.
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP (other relevant digital tools nice to have).
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Languages: Corporate language: English C1-Level.
• Working with customers: German and Spanish B2-Level.
