Accountant & Office Manager / Expert

You’ve been there, done that and got the t-shirt.

You’re young at heart but you’ll need plenty of accounting experience because you’ll be taking over book-keeping duties, processing incoming and outgoing invoices and liaising with the tax authorities.

In addition, you will also be managing our office management apprentices, showing them how to do accounting tasks and delegating jobs to them. You will be an independent self-starter with a high-level of attention to detail.

What is it about?

• General payroll and financial book-keeping and pre-accounting I Managing sales tax declarations to tax authorities I Using the agency’s software to log and process invoices according to their data of submission and due date I Carry out invoice verification using the agency’s software I Logging all costs (promoters
• rent
• etc.) in the agency’s software I Carrying out dunning and claims management I Assess the viability of hiring freelance contractors and promoters I Process travel
• expenses and purchase receipts (using the agency’s software
• incl. freelance contractors) I Manage ongoing contracts (Leasing
• rentals
• etc.)
• standing orders
• etc. I Liaising with the tax authorities I Preparing liquidity planning and reports for the agency’s senior management team I Taking over office management leadership I Managing junior employees in finance and office management

What does it take?

• Business-related or vocational degree or diploma and several years of professional experience I Experience and skills in pre-accounting. Plus excellent numeracy skills I Ability to work flexibly and work independently I Prior experience in a marketing agency would be a bonus
