Your Talent
- Graphic design skills are a plus
- At least 2 years working experience of designing for one or more leading f ootwear/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally in the fashion or sports industry
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong background in international retail, consumer trend, and product line dynamics
- Experience in international product development and manufacturing processes
- Exceptional and refined level of form, color and material understanding as well as passion for design
- Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop
- University degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
- This opportunity will be available in full time or part time

Your Mission
- Create designs of specified category under leadership of Creative Director and Teamhead/Head of Design
- Provide market research and design trend analysis supporting collection theme and design direction
- Work as a partner with Product Line Management to develop unique and relevant products
- Work with Product Development to execute designs that adhere to costing goals while advancing category initiatives
- Execute detail specifications through standardized design packages
- Follow-up on designs and design deliverables in a timely manner
- Enter designs into product management data system
- Travel to factories to develop prototypes.
