About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our client’s dynamic team as an Operations Associate. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the manufacturing process of clinical products, working closely with the Cell Therapy Specialists and Quality Assurance team.

Responsibilities :
-Execute operational tasks associated with the manufacture of clinical products following batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Work collaboratively with the Cell Therapy Specialists to ensure smooth GMP runs and adherence to quality standards.
-Assist in the development of operational SOPs, batch records, and documentation.
-Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues under the guidance of senior team members.
-Maintain accurate documentation and records associated with clinical manufacturing.
-Undertake other operational duties as assigned to support the manufacturing process effectively.

Requirements :
â€" Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment is preferred.
-Familiarity with GMP regulations and strict adherence to SOPs.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis tools.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
-Self-motivated with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
