What you’ll do
- Advise and find agreements with our cross-functional squads on the quality level for our applications
- Identify and define problems connected with the product and do a careful analysis of the different possible courses of action, select and communicate the best solution for implementation
- Manage test cycles according to release plans and keep the test case library up to date
- Use peer and business reviews to have a common understanding of our company testing strategy
- Qualify incoming bug reports and agree on their priority
- Write effective test cases with attention to detail, with clarity of intent for yourself and others
- Identify test cases and data to automate and fine-tune our testing process
- Determine whether the final product is acceptable based on stakeholder requirements

What you’ll bring

What you’ll need
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a QA Engineer, Test Manager or Test Engineer
- Experience in the creation of automated tests with frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, nightmare.js or electron
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience using programming languages such as Java and JavaScript
- Experience in DevOps tooling and cloud technologies, preferably Azure
- Experience in integrating simulation as well as emulation environments in test phases and scenarios
- Fluent English skills. Other languages a plus
- Adaptability in your communication style with an empathetic approach to tackling issues with colleagues
