In a nutshell:
- As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Team Lead (gn) for one of our Software Development Teams (= 15+ remote working people with diverse cultural backgrounds working from different locations (Poland, Germany, US, LATAM))
- The success of innovative software solutions depends to a large extent on the performance of the range of functions offered. At the same time, modern software applications must be innovative and easy to use for the end user.
- We use the latest Microsoft technologies to develop innovative software solutions for our customers.
- Agile development methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) help us to react quickly to the requirements of our customers, partners and global markets. This enables us to achieve very short time-to-market cycles.

The key responsibilities
- Organizational and disciplinary management of cross-functional software development teams in Leipzig office or remotely.
- Establishment and recruitment of new development teams, fostering growth and talent acquisition.
- Drive the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes, e.g. Automated testing, CI/CD.
- Support team members in their personal development and execution of operational tasks to achieve our ambitious goals, e.g. faster delivery, low "escaped defect” rate.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development teams.
- Collaborate with your teams to improve software development processes and ensure efficient delivery forecasting and delivery.
- Participate in the design, implementation, documentation, and testing of software solutions with your own ideas.
- Ensure compliance with the Company standards and requirements in terms of quality assurance processes, risk management and audits e.g. ITGC, ISO 14001.
- Coordinate and manage external service providers when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Owners to develop optimal solutions for our internal customers

your experience & knowledge
- Extensive experience in managing challenging software development projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of modern software engineering practices in pro-code environments
- Familiarity in global procurement business processes.
- Proven knowledge in industry standard technologies including Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure, AWS, Angular, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft BI, AI and Copilot technologies.
- Proficiency in agile software development methodologies, particularly SCRUM and KANBAN.
- University (Bachelor's or Master's) degree in Computer Science or related field.
