Ihre Aufgaben
- Develop relationships with suppliers like Collins, Thales, Cobham, Viasat, etc., and manage complex work packages
- Execute sub-commodity strategies, including market analysis, tendering, negotiations, and long-term contracts
- Conduct supplier evaluation, financial analysis, and risk management
- Understand commodity trends, cost drivers, global pricing, market trends, and material lead times
- Coordinate activities within Multifunctional Teams (MFT) to ensure successful sub-commodity management
- Contribute to company profitability and project expansion in line with the growth strategy
- Lead bids, tenders, and supplier selection processes
- Drive procurement/value creation projects for synergies and savings
Ihr Profil
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, engineering, services, or project management
- Proven record of successful stakeholder management in a matrix environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Proficient in German, fluent in English
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to persuade, influence, and convince
- Capability of understanding markets, the supply chain, and how the business works
