How you'll be hosting with heart :

• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand local regulatory landscapes & requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other department (e.g. Digital Experience, Hospitality Operations, Finance & Accounting) to ensure alignment and successful market launches.
• Project Management: Support project management activities related to market launches, including timeline creation, task tracking, and coordination of team efforts.
• Permit Support: Assist in the application process for local operating permits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and facilitating smooth launches in various markets.

What you need to shoot for the stars :

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, real estate or a comparable field. Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in these fields.
• Superior capability in conducting comprehensive research, synthesizing complex information, and generating insightful analysis.
• Collaborative spirit, working harmoniously with team members across different functions and countries.
• Outstanding ability to convey ideas and information clearly, concisely, and persuasively in English both written and oral forms.
• Beyond all you are detail oriented and have strong organizational skills and want to gain experience in a fast paced environment.
