Security Engineer (m/f/d)

We are dedicated to working as a team towards our common goal: improving lives.Become part of our Information Security team, where you will contribute to the global ClimatePartner Information Security Program with an emphasis on technical security topics.
- You cooperate with and guide engineering teams to evolve our Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF)
- You implement and/or ensure the integration of security tools and processes to promote shifting security left in our software development pipeline
- You ensure comprehensive security testing and monitoring of our cloud native applications and infrastructure
- You participate in the Incident Response team and assist in the identification of the cause, remediation of the threat and the implementation of countermeasures
- You support the continuous improvement of our information security management system
- You will take on tasks from other areas of our information security program, depending on your aptitude and interest
Who you are
- You have a degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- You already gathered job experience in one or multiple of the areas above
- You have experience with security testing tools, and experience working with scripting languages to automate processes (e.g. Python, Bash).
- You have gathered knowledge of secure coding practices and, desirable but not mandatory, familiarity with different security standards (e.g. ISO 27001/27002, NIST, CIS) and frameworks (e.g. OWASP, SANS).
- You are an avid learner and continuously improve yourself and your work - you actively help, give feedback and act upon feedback you receive
- You communicate professionally in English
