Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)
- Scope, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system design documents to fit our future IT Systems.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements or new solutions to meet business objectives. Create and maintain documentations, including process flows, data models and user stories.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives and deliverables, supporting the solution build.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant parties to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and status.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a (Senior) IT Business Analyst, with a focus on technology projects.
- Preferred Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Strong understanding of technology trends, architecture, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage on all levels,up to C-level executives.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, and the ability to move confidently in an international environment (German or any other European language skills would be preferrable).
