Your tasks
- Responsible for Qualification and Validation on device level for ATC radios
- Analyzing and breaking down of requirements (CE, MIL-STD, STANAG,...)
- Generating, conducting test and verification plan for large device development programs
- Technical management of the project team
- Creating internal and external test reports to ensure quality gates and series release of the product

Your qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering or comparable
- Experience with hardware device development
- Experience with qualification according to software safety standards ED109A or similar
- Experience in qualification according to MIL-STD or similar
- Independent way of working
- Agility in dealing with technical and project-related problems and changes
