Your tasks and responsibilities:

• The objectives is to ensure best in class proposals based on client needs
• End to end responsibility for tender process, internal and external
• Ensure compliance with Apleona requirements (governance, process, commercial etc.)
• Host of internal meetings (OPS Meetings, governance meetings (sounding board, red team etc.))
• In charge of development and submission of best in class proposal based on client needs
• 1st point of contact to client or consultant
• Leading Tender Project Team to develop best in class solutions and achieve market leading hit rate

Your expertise:

• Many years experience of leading high-performance international cross functional sales project teams
• Experience in leading international IFM projects and proven track record to prepare successful closing of deals
• Advantage English
• Strong communication skills
