Your Role:
- Market- and Business-development driven identification of customer needs
- Resolution of technical support issues via email, phone or personal visits.
- Organization and delivery of training sessions, both with the team and independently, sometimes remote or on-site at our clients´ locations worldwide.
- Assist in updating our multilingual knowledge base.
- Engaging potential and acquiring new clients on global business trips.
- Supporting new customer during on-boarding and ongoing care for existing clients.
- Providing customer feedback and participating in the development and technical evaluation of our new innovations.
Your Profile:
- You are an expert in technology.
- You are proficient in both French and English.

- You are willing to provide customer support on a few throughout the year.
- You are passionate about technology and sports.
