Your key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Senior Quality Managers (f/m/d)
• Implement a comprehensive Quality oversight strategy and roadmap (Annual Quality Plan) aligned with business and site operations objectives as well as a holistic Quality Culture Concept enabling a constructive and sustainable "One Quality” mindset
• Overseeing the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the global Quality system in the Aenova network
• Drive Aenova’s Quality Management system digitalization by harmonization of processes and tools through the manufacturing sites and the corporate entity
• Define Quality performance & quality compliance related goals, objectives and KPIs for Factories in agreement with Corporate Quality, guide and develop a diverse high-performance Global Quality System Organization
• Ensure that Corporate Processes and Systems are deployed at the manufacturing sites, providing trainings
• Support the sites quality teams during Health Authority inspections, customer inquiries, visits, and audits

Your profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the Quality Unit of a pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device company, in a senior manager role (e.g. Department Head)
• Advanced Degree (e.g. PhD) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related science
• Deep knowledge of the applicable regulations for drugs
• Demonstrated knowledge and experienced in execution of Quality System Management, outstanding project management and implementation skills
• Ability to conceptualize, analyze, plan and manage in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, well-structured in terms of documentation and organized in sense of timelines
• Strong team player with clear communication and excellent leadership skills, able to work in a matrix organization, hands-on mentality
• Outstanding language skills in English both in writing and verbally, any other language is a plus
