Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Manager. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about making a significant impact within the Life Science industry. Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Level 2 and 3 C&Q Schedule
- Ensure readiness for execution
- Manage and coordinate document preparation
- Oversee C&Q execution
- Manage resources including C&Q Document Preparation and C&Q Execution
- Supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)
- Execute onsite C&Q test cases
- Maintain C&Q input to level 4 schedule and cost report
- Coordinate with Operations regarding Performance Qualification (PQ) and engineering runs
- Adhere to safety, compliance, and quality procedures
- Track progress and prepare monthly reports
- Prepare Commissioning Final Report (CFR) / Qualification Final Report (QFR)
- Complete System Handover
- Provide technical support for Clean Utilities PQ 1 and Environmental Monitoring (EM) PQ 1
- Close out C&Q (QFR)
- Participate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Authority Inspection and audits
- Control Training status of C&Q team
Requirements:
- Experience in C&Q Management
- Previous roles in a growth project environment
- Proficiency in Small Molecules
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to be on site for a significant portion of the week, including full time during the execution phase.
