YOUR ROLE

• Participation in implementing and enhancing our strategy in different fields of Commercial Excellence - Category Management, Sustainability, Shopper & Trade marketing (e.g. country best practice collection, store checks, collaborating with external agencies in creating promo visuals, testing shelving recommendations and visual assets with AI based eye-tracking tool)
• Active part in daily operations with the possibility to take responsibility for own projects
• Analysis of shopper trends to develop business recommendations and influence strategies (cross country)
  
• Business research, competition analysis on European regional level
• Working in an international environment, in touch with several cultures from several countries
• Active communication with local country teams, so as with other regional departments (sales, marketing, e-commerce)

YOUR SKILLS

• Active student of business administration with focus on (digital) marketing/sales; first practical experience is a plus
• Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Good team player with ability to plan work and set priorities
• Capacity to work in an international environment, self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented personality

OUR OFFER

• Full-time compulsory internship for a period of 6 months, Start July 2024
