Part-Time Professional Regulatory Credit Risk Manager (f/m/x)- ≥ 20 hours Weekly
The Group IRB Coordination department operates within the Group Risk Controlling division. Our primary role is to serve as the central communication hub with banking regulators concerning internal capital adequacy models for credit and market risk. Additionally, we have the responsibility for overseeing various internal risk standards, including client segmentation, default recognition, and model risk management
Your role at RBI
- Support supervisory communication process towards European Central Bank (local and group-wide) for internal credit risk models
- Become expert of internal credit risk model processes and related regulatory requirements
- Manage cooperation with Raiffeisen Sector Austria for internal credit risk models
- In coordinating function establish reliable relationships with colleagues from credit risk management departments, IT, legal department, Group subsidiaries, other stakeholders through all hierarchy levels
- Maintain and report from group-wide internal model deficiency tracker tool (JIRA based tool)
Your core competencies
- Bachelor/ Master in Finance, Business Administration or Law
- Few years of experience in credit risk management, legal or audit
- Good knowledge of banking regulation (Basel III / CRR3 and EBA Guidelines) an advantage
- Ability to effectively convey complex ideas in English, facilitate agreement, and collaborate on solutions
- Drive for change and delivery
- Knowledge of German an advantage

- Salary: starting at EUR 26.390,- gross p.a. for 20h/week (market-compliant overpayment is provided dep. on experience / qualification)
