YOUR CHALLENGE
Aufgaben in Regulatory Reporting Operations (80%)
Fachverantwortung für die monatlichen Regulatory Reporting Abschlüsse der Bank Julius Bär & Co. AG, wie auch der Julius Bär Gruppe AG
Mitarbeit bei der Abstimmung und Qualitätskontrolle der monatlichen Finanzdaten für SNB Erhebungen und Kapital-, Liquiditätsberechnungen
Erstellung von ad-hoc und diversen Analyse Reports, inkl. Kommentare
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung vom Pillar3 Geschäftsbericht
Dokumentation der Abschlussprozesse (hauptsächlich in Englisch)
Regulatory Reporting Fachsupport für die einzelnen Standorte weltweit
Stetige Einhaltung der internen Kontrollen (IKS)
Projektaufgaben (20%)
Mitarbeit bei der Spezifikation und Testing von fachlichen wie technischen Anpassungen in der Regulatory Reporting Applikation (Axiom)
Business Vertretung von Regulatory Reporting in diversen IT-Projekten und bei der Einführung von neuen Bankprodukten
Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von neuen regulatorischen Vorschriften in SNB Statistical Reporting, Kapital und Liquiditätsberechnung
Analyse und Optimierung der heute bestehenden Prozesse
YOUR PROFILE
Finanz- oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des finanziellen Bankenrechnungswesens zwingend
Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im Zusammenhang des finanziellen Rechnungswesens, insbesondere im Regulatory Reporting von Vorteil
Hohes Fachverständnis in IFRS und Swiss GAAP
Basel III Capital und Liquidity Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Fundierte Erfahrung bei der Implementierung von neuen Bankprodukten
Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen
Erfahrung mit Regulatory Reporting Tool AxiomSL von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit grossem Interesse an neuen Herausforderungen
Hohe Flexibilität
