Allianz Global Investors is a global active Asset Manager. We are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) to support the team in Zurich from October 1, 2024. In this role you will support the Client Service & Office Management team.

Our team in Zurich looks after institutional clients, banks and asset managers and we also have our own portfolio management. We are located centrally at Stadelhofen train station.

What you will do

• Support in client service & office management
• General support of the local sales team in day-to-day business
• Project-related support for management
• Support with the creation of client presentations and client reports
• Monitoring sales targets, activity tracking, product and client focus with analysis tools
• Maintenance of the client database, opportunity management, etc.
• Preparation, support, submission and follow-up of RFI/RFP
• Support in planning and implementing client events, marketing activities, client mailings and roadshows

What you bring

• Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or a comparable field
• Enrolled in a Master’s program in the above-mentioned study field, starting in the coming fall semester
• Professional or internship experience in asset management, banking or financial services
• Pleasure working closely with customers and colleagues at different specialist and reporting levels
• Initiative, strong communication skills and team spirit as well as a high degree of flexibility and commitment
• Business fluent German and English skills, spoken and written
• French language is a plus
