Title: Enhancing the Role of Non-energy benefits in the energy efficiency measures decision-making Bibliographic review of the main methods for the identification and measurement of non-energetic benefits resulting from energy efficiency measures. The objetive is to raise the awareness of the non-energetic benefits already in the decision making phase and therefore increase the quantity of projects approved. A database was proposed, in order to refine the calculation accuracy.
