- Identification of Regional, National and International Programs of Grants for R&D Department. - Preparing administrative and finance documentation to be submitted in the applications. - Preparing supporting documentation to justify expenses incurred in projects. - Keeping and managing Company relationships with Public Institutions and private companies in order to develop joint innovative projects. - Defining and managing special coaching projects.

Reporting to Managing Director, legal advice to issues required by different Departments of the Company. Identification of Regional, National and International Grants Programs for R&D Department. Legal analysis of European policies about Competence Law, Taxes, Economic Union and Internal Market (in particular, issues related to Business Law and Intellectual Property Rights). Managing issues required by different Departments of Basque Government Preparing regular reports and articles about European regulatory developments.
