European Institute for Political Initiative and Strategic Analysis (EIPISA) is a think tank aiming to break down misunderstanding barriers between Western and Middle Eastern world. To achieve this goal, EIPISA plans to develop its network and contribute to Europe's policies toward the Middle East. My job contents include: • manage social media and post MENA-related news • follow EU agendas and attend events to take minutes for members • compose newsletters with EIPISA perspective’s analysis

• collect news of ICT industries in order to compose English articles for customers’ needs • research and present topics on German Small and Medium Enterprises and Sheconomy • work in an open space and on flexible schedule independently, but communicate in detail with tutor and colleagues from time to time

• assist with events’ preparations and follow-ups • manage office’s contact list and send event's invitation • draft website contents in Chinese and English

• attend events to do live broadcasting and photographing • archive photos, videos, and audios and published to CSIS official websites after events • coordinate tasks and cooperate with colleagues in an international office

• receive training in interpreting and asking interview questions in a neutral tone • participate in research project about Taiwanese’ opinions toward Taiwan-China relations • conduct numerous phone interviews with random interviewees selected by computer
