A professional Civil Engineer with international company experience, my strong passion for Civil Engineering is complemented by skills in Public Speaking, Leadership, and Teamwork. I am a graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Sumatera Utara. My academic achievements include a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a Cumulative GPA of 3.15/4.00, specializing in Construction Engineering Management. My thesis, titled "Evaluation Effectiveness of the Application of Project Management Concepts in the 9.9 MW Deli Serdang Biomass Power Plant Project." reflects my commitment to exploring innovative solutions within the field.

As the Lead QA/QC Engineer, I oversaw document control and construction management reports, demonstrating expertise in implementing QA/QC. Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, I provided leadership in quality assurance and control strategies for the success project.
