As an HR Specialist at NatWest Group, I am responsible for managing payroll, overseeing employee lifecycles and providing HR support across the EMEA Region. I have 2+ years of expertise in HR in corporations predominantly in Italy and Poland. My career in HR started as an Intern at Adecco Italia Holding S.p.A. Afterwards, I moved to Poland to pursue working in the field, as an HR Representative at SC Johnson and HR EMEA Specialist at NatWest Group. I am eager to gain more experience in international environments in Germany.
