Responsible for about 20 representatives every Summer season, checking their works, organising their schedule in the different hotels, taking care of all the problems such as complains concerning their holiday booked with the different touroperators (Neckermann/Thomas Cook Holland, Belgium, Germany, France,Poland,...), Organsing their excursions, rent a car, change of flight,.. Every request from arrival until departure of the customers

to promote the Grecotel Counter Club for travel agents in Belgium and Holland so the hotels of the chain Grecotel in Greece would be booked more. I was the contact person for all the requests and wishes for their clients. I made presentations in french and dutch language in different cities and attended touristic fairs for finding new travel agents.
