I’m Japanese seeking jobs which is related to Microsoft 365, Azure. I’ve been working as help desk (L1,L2) for Microsoft security and Office apps. Not only Helpdesk but also do some help for PMO and onboarding MDE, etc. I’m basically seeking a remote job because I have a chance to move to Germany in the near future but I need a lot of procedures before live there. I want to continue working and grow up my career. Previous my job experience in IT, I was working for telecommunications company and helped migrating from on-premises PBX to Cloud IP-PBX. And also I experienced NW technical support at healthcare startup company which provides cloud AI medical interview service. I communicated with clients and vendors how to implement our system to our clients(hospitals). Thank you.
