Hands–on / site: Managing Large Machines Projects: rewinding / redesign / overhauling / troubleshooting in all industries: Power Generation, Oil and Gas, steel etc. Represented the company at meetings with clients and vendors, developed customer relationship, covered Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, Company improvement and investments to raise technological level to ensure market leadership.

Main Production Engineer responsible for projects with a total value > €10m (up to €60m), technical management of production, constant improvements. As a QCM, was leading QC/QA with staff, delivering up-to-date QC forms, feedback to Quality Management and Design Bureau. Was ensuring that subcontractors fulfil highest requirements; Supplier audits to improve quality and decrease nonconformity, Supplier Selection & Evaluation.

Production Engineer for HV motors, responsible for approx. 200 units / year; > €20m, 6 months afterwards was promoted to a Main Production Engineer holding production of HV motors. Was technically managing production: welding, parts machining and assembling. Active feed-back to design bureau to develop new production ways for specific demands • Successful management of: 500+ craftsmen, about 20 engineers – Mechanical / Electrical

HVAC projects of gas and heating in small and big objects also industrial objects, gathering field and customer data necessary for a project.
