- Establishment, implementation and maintenance of all processes involved in the Quality Seal (ISO) re-certification of the company: o Revision of the Quality System o Updating of Quality Manual and Procedures. o Design and implementation of Customer and Client evaluations. o Employee training, etc. Performance of different tasks related to customer care: hotel search, orientation, etc.

- Maintenance of the Records and Information Management Program: monitoring the program updates by J&J international, leading the Spain and Portugal Cluster. o Carry out different trainings to all employees related to the program. - Management of all Standard Operating Procedures of the Company: updating, annual revision and publication. - Business Continuity Plan updating. - Support in all tasks related to ISO quality audits (ISO 9001:2008): no conformities, corrective and preventative actions, ect.

- Marketing assistant for HIV department. Tasks: o Administrative support to all Sales and Maketing personnel. o Organization of different national and international events: symposium, congress, etc. o Suppliers control and management: purchase orders, etc. o Update and control of the department finances.

- Implementation of the Records Management Program in the Company: o Creation of all the procedures related to the Program. o Trainings of all employees. o Creation, management and control of the program’s team of coordinators. o Cleanout Day organization.
