Leading 5 structure and around 280 personal. Leading different applications of lean manufacturing. Quality and Production training were given to operators and structures. Maintenance plans and vacation plans were made, Muda analyses were made in order to reduce product cost, Risk analyses were made so as to obtain safety in workshop, FTA/GPQ and LLC work groups were led, Capacity plans were being prepared

I had been responsible from incoming inspection department, painting laboratory and 3D measurement laboratory. In addition ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001:2004, Q1 requirements , customer and supplier communications were being managed. Furthermore, I had been leading 5S committee in the plant.

PPCA, Disk, Bearing assembling lines and machining lines were managed 50 operators responsibility were taken, Quality and Production training were given to the operators, Kaizen and problem solving groups were managed, Risk analyses were made so as to obtain safety in workshop, FTA/PDCA and LLC work groups were led, Participated SMED,TPM,5S workshop groups, Production and raw material planning was made in order to get raw materials from customs, Operator training plans were made
