Dears, During 14 years of experience, I played many roles in Training and Development. From a Training Facilitator to a Corporate Trainer, from a Training Specialist to a Training Manager, beside my experience as a Course Developer and an Instructional Designer. I had the privilege to work in different industries and multinationals (Telecommunication, Private Industrial Parks, Aviation Training Organizations (ATOs, Airlines and finally e-commerce). During my career journey I’ve sharpened my knowledge too. I am a holder of: - CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development (level 5), - Human Resources Management Certificate from the American University in Cairo, - Professional Certified Trainer from the American University in Cairo (AUC), - Certified Instructional Designer/Course Developer from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) In addition to many other credentials, skills, experiences and achievements listed -in details- in my CV.
