Team Leader and Principal Talent Insight Consultant supporting AMS EMEA Talent Acquisition. The role of Market Insights is to partner closely with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers to deliver best-in-class market intelligence for talent landscapes around the globe. By interpreting the data, we capture the story behind labour market and employment trends as well as role-specific talent and competitor profiles. This information helps to support more intelligent day-to-day recruitment, and provide a strategy for identifying and engaging talent. My current role allows me to leverage my expertise in market insight, presentation, data visualization & design, to build insight reports that both educate and guide our stakeholders in strategic planning. Additionally, I provide training sessions to new joiners and upskill AMS employees to further develop their sourcing and market insights knowledge.
