As Senior HR Generalist of the Italian subsidiary of a multinational Company, I worked closely with the management to implement new HR strategies and policies, advise on complex employee relations issues, discuss and plan hiring needs, support and advise on organizational changes, run training programs, promote development opportunities. I reported to the HR Director and managed a team of 4.

Managing a team of 2, I was responsible for supporting and advising the management on new hiring needs and ensuring a law-compliant recruitment process; for analyzing training needs and delivering effective training and for the performance and potential appraisal process.

I was responsible for all the phases of the recruitment process for temporary staffing and permanent placement, including defining hiring needs with the clients and posting available positions.

As mandatory part of my training as Psychologist, I completed a 1-year internship in a National Institution for public health, where I focused on two main paths: psychodiagnostic assessment of children and learning disabilities. After the internship I won a scholarship and continued to work for the Institution for 6 months.

While studying for my degree in Psychology I worked as Educator with patients rehabilitating from drug abuse.
