Based in Dhahran in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I am the Research Lead for Strategic Expat Talent Acquisition (SETA) within Saudi Aramco's Expatriate Employment Division. I design our research strategy for each search project we undertake and coordinate this globally from our HQ. SETA, set up as an in-house executive search function, manages the most senior, strategic expat hires for Saudi Aramco.

•Design and deliver bespoke research projects for Practicus business and clients worldwide. •Provide insight and understanding to support approach to market for Practicus and its customers and proactively identify areas where Research can add value. •Represent Research internally with senior leadership and externally with clients •Act as an expert for people-sourcing within Practicus. Advise on design, delivery and presentation of Executive Search and sourcing campaigns for permanent/strategic hires.

Newly-created role to establish an in-house Research capability that works across the 3 blended strands of the business- Interim Management, Outcome Delivery and Strategic Hires- supporting the global business (including our offices in Australia and Hong Kong).

Working as the Research lead within the Search & Selection (typically £80K+ opportunities) area of the business, broadly covering senior leadership and niche specialism roles within organisations of various sizes and within various sectors.
