• Responsible for all sales activities of Dorak in the Asia Pacific. • Managing and partially opening of the sales offices in Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. • Project Head: Development of Dorak online sales, operations and finance system ('Piri Reis') in cooperation with outsourced software development company. • Project Head: Development of Dorak online database for suppliers and services. • Reporting to CEO.

• Responsible for all purchasing, sales and operations of TOI in Thailand. • Managing the Thailand Head Office in Bangkok, the Branch Office in Chiang Mai and five partner DMC all over Thailand. • Reporting to COO.

• P&L responsibility for all sales activities in the Far East to all of Europe, UAE and India. • Managing and opening of the new sales offices in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. • Project Head: Development of Cox & Kings online sales, operation and finance system ('Voyager'). • Project Head: Development of Cox & Kings online database for hotels, restaurants, coaches, guides, entrances and other services. • Reporting to President (owner) and Senior Vice President.

• Head of the project team to set up Lion Travel's office in Europe. • Major task: Destination Management for Lion Travel's and sub-agents GIT and MICE movements to all of Europe (ex Greater China and over-sea Chinese communities). • Procurement and contracting of services all over in Europe. • Set up a Business Plan to open Lion Travel's European office and when to achieve break-even. • Reporting to President (owner).

• Pro-active sales support to Kuoni Far East sales offices for new products in Europe. • Re-negotiation with suppliers all over Europe. • Supervising and training sales staff and agents through presentations, road shows and workshops. • Creation of weekly newsletters to Kuoni about new product ideas, special offers etc. • Creation of an internal Database of new products and special offers on the company's Intranet. • Reporting to Senior Vice President Sales Asia Pacific & USA.

• Initiate and supervise operations procedures of Sales Office in Taiwan. • Set-up and maintain an effective operational system between Sales Office and Local Offices. • Plans and support of sales activities in co-ordination with HQ and Local Offices. • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve target rates and quality. • Sales support to sales staff in negotiating with local travel agencies. • Sales support through focused information transmission and training. • Reporting to General Manager.

• Responsible for all sales activities (room-night targets and sales budgets) of the China office. • Co-ordinating the marketing activities (workshops, fairs and advertising) in China and Fareast. • Creation and developing corporate and affiliate business of international and local accounts. • Reporting to President (Owner).

• Acquisition of local and international corporate accounts. • Product Management of worldwide FIT and MICE arrangements. • Travel Management and personal service to VIP customers. • Reporting to Managing Director Taiwan.

• Acquisition of new, non-Chinese corporate accounts. • Travel management for corporate accounts especially for trade shows and fairs in China. • Product management for FIT and MICE to China. • Reporting to Managing Director.

Internship: • Sales to travel agencies and direct clients for tour packages to Southeast Asia and China. • Product management for GIT and FIT to Southeast Asia and China. • Product Management for new series in the Ikarus Tours catalogue program "Ferne Welten". • Creation of the first Mono-Cambodia series in the German market. • Reporting to Director China and Senior Manager Asia Department.

• Leading of European tourists' groups through Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. • Reporting to Managing Director (owner).

• Sales- and operation management of worldwide tour packages. • Tour Leader in Southeast Asia in cooperation with Marvel Holidays Ltd., Part., Bangkok. • Reporting to Managing Director.

• Coordination of bus coaches for tours all over Europe. • Preparation and organization of tour-leader seminars. • Tour-leader in London and Paris. • Reporting to Manager Coach Department.
