-Planning of the production sequence and scheduling of production orders for individual products and assemblies -Monitor and control progress of production orders. -Material supply internally and externally, escalation in case of capacity bottlenecks. -Creation and monitor of the Project timming for new products.

-Supply chain of materials for the prototype and pre-serie productions. -Logistics support to the production of the pre-serie phase, Run & Rate, Mass Production Trial, till Start of production in Serie. -Transports management. - Management and control plan of production for internal and Customer deliveries. Logistic transfer to the serie production plant.

-Plant Launch Logistics to new projects. -Material ordering and supply, deliveries for internal and suppliers parts, pre series production planning, transports customer deliveries arrangement.

-Production planning development phase ( prototypes and pre-series). -Planning and request of production materials. -International transport management land, sea and air freight. -Monitoring documentation for air or sea freights to avoid customs - delays upon arrival. -Daily communication with team members of the project, production groups, suppliers and customers. -Launching of the projects On-site support in our plants, in Germany, Spain, France, China, Thailand.
